A safe place to Heal & Grow
Let’s face it. Life is about change. Change can be challenging, and sometimes we need help because it isn’t always easy to see what’s happening when we’re in the day-to-day grind. That’s when we need others who aren’t living our lives to help us reach our goals.
As your counselor or coach, we partner with you to build on your strengths and offer insights into the areas of growth you want to explore.
We see you.
Counseling is the one place where it is all about you.
Awareness of who you are is an essential element for change and growth. In counseling, we help open up your understanding of your true Self, creating a space to explore stories or narratives surrounding your life to take hold of what’s most essential for your life’s journey.
When you take time to know yourself, you take a proactive approach to your life’s path. You’re healthier, happier, and can positively impact your everyday life and the lives of those around you.
Relationships change, life transitions happen, and unforeseen traumatic experiences occur. Many times, before one event is settled, the next one is happening, causing us to feel overwhelmed and uncertain. These life events can leave us feeling overburdened, confused, or rudderless. We’re here to help you sort through these life experiences and complex feelings that may be difficult to resolve alone.
We’ve always had the vision to create a place where people can find clarity and peace while learning and growing in a supportive environment, which is why we founded Counsel Grove. A “grove” of healing support.
What you’ll find with us is that we not only offer our craft as professional and spiritual counselors and coaches but our lived experiences as a couple, parents, and individuals.
