At Counsel Grove, we want to celebrate your “Is-ness” and have you develop more awareness about who you really are so that even in the toughest of times, you feel secure in how you will approach hardship, discomfort, grief, and and suffering.
Let’s face it we all wear many different hats, play different roles and identify with different parts of our character, but this is fleeting and changes over time. Roles change, masks are removed, and characters come and go, but at the core is a constant beautiful essence that shines through regardless of where you are and who you are with. When we know more about our “Is-ness,” we better understand what motivates us, how we contribute to the world around us, and what gives our lives meaning and is sacred.
Relationships change, life transitions happen, and unforeseen traumatic experiences occur. Many times, before one event is settled, the next one is happening, causing us to feel overwhelmed and uncertain. These life events can leave us feeling overburdened, confused, or rudderless. We’re here to help you sort through these life events and understand complex feelings that may be difficult to resolve alone.
